Tutoring Session Cost

Costs shall be calculated at a rate of $45 dollars per one-hour session of tutoring. Costs may be adjusted from time to time.

Timing and Delivery of Payments

Payment shall be made prior to and on condition of scheduling a tutoring session. Payment shall be made using the scheduling and payment forms at “https://dyslexiaunleashed.com”.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation of Session by Student

The Student may cancel a session by giving prior notice by 5:00pm the day before the scheduled tutoring appointment without forfeiting the cost of the session. If proper prior notice is given, the cost of the cancelled session will be applied to a future session. If a future session is not scheduled, the cost of the properly cancelled session will be refunded.

No refund shall be issued for sessions not attended for any reason by the student without giving proper prior notice.

Cancellation of Session by Tutor

The Tutor may cancel sessions by giving prior notice to the Student by 5:00pm the day before the scheduled tutoring appointment. In which case the option will be given to the Student to reschedule or receive a full refund of prepaid costs.

If the Tutor cancels a session for any reason without giving prior notice by 5:00pm the day before the start of the session, the Tutor agrees to grant the Student the option to reschedule the session or receive a refund. Additionally, a courtesy session shall be offered free of charge.

Late Arrival and Change of Schedule

Costs are calculated according to the scheduled time agreed upon by the Tutor and Student. No adjustment to costs shall be made for time lost because of late arrival by the Student or by early termination of session by the Student. Any lost time because of the late arrival of the Tutor shall be compensated for by extending a lesson by mutual agreement and by such amount of time that was lost. The Tutor agrees to wait fifteen minutes from the time of the scheduled session for the Student's arrival before considering that session canceled without sufficient prior notice and therefore subject to the terms set forth in the CANCELLATION OF SESSION BY STUDENT and CANCELLATION OF SESSION BY TUTOR policy.

Relaxation of Terms

No relaxation, indulgence, waiver, or release by any party of any of the rights in terms of this agreement on one occasion shall prevent the subsequent enforcement of such rights and shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any subsequent breach of any of the terms.

Whole Agreement

This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with regard to the subject matter thereof and the parties waive the right to rely on any alleged expressed or implied provision not contained herein. Any alteration to this agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
